    通过测定改进沥青的软化点、运动粘度和针入度等指标参数来比较不同的添加剂及不同的添加条件对沥青封口性能的影响。本论文的主要研究结果为:系统测试了多种沥青样品的组成、软化点、运动粘度、针入度;对市售沥青分别添加聚四氟乙烯乳液、有机硅树脂和尼龙66进行改进,制备了改进产品;对改进沥青的组成、软化点、运动粘度、针入度进行了测试和比较;使用改进沥青组装成电池并对电池进行恒电流放电测试、短路电流测试和电池漏气、漏液性能的测试;对沥青改进的原理进行了分析和讨论。实验结果表明:在沥青中添加尼龙66和聚四氟乙烯乳液对沥青的封口性能有明显的提高;通过对工艺条件的不断改进,目前的工艺条件已完全可以用于实际生产操作;以添加尼龙66改进的沥青为封口剂组装成的电池完全满足碱锰电池生产的需要,且电池电容量、短路电流等指标均达到gb t7112标准要求;本文提出的改进方案,通过验证是一种效果好、实用性强的方法。
